Carliz placed a $40 Million lawsuit on time as the tracks have hit over 200 million stream on Spotify and more than 380 stream on YouTube. Carliz was initially offered $2k to have her voice utilized however, she did not accept this offer which resulted in an offer of $20k. Although she was offered a larger amount Carliz decided not to move forward with the offer. This resulted in the tracks releasing with the page she recorded without her approval. The estimated royalties that he received from Spotify for his streams is about $8Million. Many are speculating that this was calculated by Carliz. What would you do in this position?
